如果评选最受大陆游客喜爱的伴手礼,台湾茶叶很可能会名列榜首。于是,很多想去台湾旅游的人,便对与台湾茶叶有关的知识有了兴趣。早在三四百年前,台湾便发现有茶树生长,这些茶树大都是野生的。台湾真正发展茶树栽培管理及茶叶制造,是在200余年前先人从福建武夷山引进茶种及种植在台湾北部开始的。台湾的茶园分布在台北、桃园、新竹、苗栗、南投、云林、嘉义、高雄、台东、花莲,宜兰等县市。近数十年来,台湾各茶区在其天然生产环境下,产制出各具特色及风味的茶叶。
Taiwan’s tea is likely to top the list if it is judged best by mainland tourists. As a result, many people who want to travel to Taiwan have an interest in tea-related knowledge in Taiwan. As early as three or four hundred years ago, Taiwan saw the growth of tea trees that were mostly wild. Taiwan’s real development of tea tree cultivation and management and tea manufacturing, more than 200 years ago, from Wuyishan, Fujian Province introduced the introduction of tea species and planting began in northern Taiwan. Taiwan’s tea plantations are located in Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Nantou, Yunlin, Chiayi, Kaohsiung, Taitung, Hualien and Yilan counties. In recent decades, tea gardens in Taiwan have produced distinctive and flavorful tea leaves under their natural production environment.
