目的:探讨胃镜下射频治疗上消化道出血的疗效。方法:随机将72例上消化道出血病例分为两组,对比观察胃镜下射频治疗止血与传统治疗的效果。结果:治疗组的治疗显效率高于对照组。结论:胃镜下射频治疗是一种安全有效的治疗活动性上消化道出血的方法。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic radiofrequency treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: 72 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups, compared the effect of endoscopic radiofrequency treatment of hemostasis and traditional treatment. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Gastroscopic radiofrequency ablation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of active upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
