目的:观察脱敏治疗变应性鼻炎和慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:对变应性鼻炎和慢性荨麻疹患者各50例进行变应原皮内试验和脱敏治疗。结果:变应性鼻炎组总有效率为74%,慢性荨麻疹组总有效率为52%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:脱敏治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效比慢性荨麻疹更显著,这可能与慢性荨麻疹的病因复杂多样有关。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of desensitization in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria. Methods: Fifty patients with allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria were treated with intradermal test of allergen and desensitization. Results: The total effective rate was 74% in allergic rhinitis group and 52% in chronic urticaria group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of desensitization in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is more significant than that of chronic urticaria, which may be related to the complicated and diverse causes of chronic urticaria.
