一个全新的经济时代已经敲响了我国经济的大门,知识经济的萌芽已经渗透到各行各业之中,可以预见,知识经济即将是全球经济发展的主导力量,是推动各国经济增长的主导因素。在人类已有的全部知识财富基础上成长起来的高新科学知识和技术,只有高素质的人员才能更好地掌握和发挥其作用。而高素质人员不仅要靠高质量的基础教育和普通高等教育来培养,更需要高质量的成人教育和终身教育来推动其完善与成长,这就是我们应该认真研究的问题。
A brand new economic era has sounded the door to our economy. The sprout of knowledge-based economy has infiltrated all walks of life. It is foreseeable that the knowledge-based economy is about to become the dominant force in the global economic development and the leading factor in promoting the economic growth of all countries. High and new scientific knowledge and technologies that have grown up on the basis of all the known wealth of mankind can be better understood and exerted by only highly qualified personnel. The high-quality personnel should not only rely on high-quality basic education and ordinary higher education to develop, but also need high-quality adult education and lifelong education to promote its improvement and growth, and this is what we should seriously study.
