Objective: To study the pathogenicity of Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU1), serotype 3 (UU1) and serotype 4 (UU4) on the lower genital tract of Kunming mice. Methods: 100 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank group, estradiol group, UU1 group, UU3 group and UU4 group, with 20 rats in each group. The control group, UU1 group, UU3 and UU4 groups were used as the experimental group; UU1, UU3 and UU4 were respectively inoculated into the urogenital tract of UU1, UU3 and UU4 mice one week after estradiol and experimental groups were estradiolized, and the liquid medium was inoculated to Blank group and estrogen group. The genitourinary tract IL-8, SIgA and TNF-α in each group were detected after 2 weeks and the pathological examination was performed in the uterus of mice. Results: UU mice in the experimental group were vaccinated successfully. The results of IL-8, SIgA and TNF-α showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group; there was significant difference between UU4 group and UU1 group and UU3 group; there was no significant difference between blank group and estradiol group There was no significant difference between UU1 group and UU3 group. Pathology showed: UU1, UU3 and UU4 Kunming mice uterine tissue inflammatory cell infiltration, UU4 group of mice more obvious cervical lesions. The control group mice uterus no significant change. Conclusion: UU1, UU3 and UU4 may cause pathogenic reaction in lower genital tract of Kunming mice. UU4 may be more virulent in short term.
