I. Introduction Urea is one of the most urgently needed fertilizers for agricultural development. The production of urea is carried out under high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, the valve is an indispensable and important control component in the urea production plant. However, due to the very harsh conditions of use, coupled with the high temperature and pressure of the urea vapor flow erosion, commonly used valves often have serious corrosion damage.
