某待爆破拆除的高层框架剪力墙结构楼房具有高宽比较小、周围环境局限的特点,爆破中使用了增大炸高和转铰点前移的方法,导致建筑物在倾倒过程中出现了竖向断裂的现象。从爆破瞬间构件受承载力着手针对这一问题进行了分析,对爆破后建筑物构件所受的压力、剪力、弯矩进行了计算和校核,研究了针对建筑物控制爆破应用转铰点前移这一技术时应注意的问题,得出了使用该技术时应重点对转铰点处所受弯矩和倒塌方向一侧的剪力进行校核的结论。
