目的研究培养循证思维在五官科教学中的应用。方法将我院一个学期的五官科学生随机分为两组A、B,两组医学生基本情况无显著差异,P>0.05,有统计学意义。其中A组使用PBL教学法进行循证思维教学,B组使用传统教学法进行教学。学期末分别比较分数、以及不记名问卷调查结果。结果 A组医学生的病例实践课理论成绩明显优于B组,P<0.05,差异显著,具有统计学意义。不记名问卷调查结果 A组分数明显高于B组,P<0.05,差异显著,具统计学意义。结论采用PBL教学法对培养五官科学生的循证思维具有较好的教学效果。
Objective To study the application of training evidence-based thinking in ENT teaching. Methods One semester of ENT students in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups A and B. There was no significant difference in the basic conditions between the two groups of medical students (P> 0.05), with statistical significance. Among them, group A used PBL teaching method to conduct evidence-based thinking teaching and group B used traditional teaching methods to teach. At the end of the semester, the scores were compared, as well as the results of the anonymous questionnaire survey. Results A group of medical students case practice class theory scores were significantly better than the B group, P <0.05, significant difference, with statistical significance. The results of the anonymous questionnaire A group was significantly higher than the B group, P <0.05, significant difference, with statistical significance. Conclusions The PBL teaching method has a good teaching effect on cultivating ENT students’ evidence-based thinking.
