我厂生产的某零件用热锻模,材质为5Cr MnMo热作模具钢,在加工时,误作四个φ20mm深为23mm的圆孔,需补焊。该材料的碳当量为0.85%~1.11%,其焊接性是极差的。据一般资料介绍,采用D397焊条补焊,焊前预热,焊后保温回火,可以得到较为满意的结果。然而我厂和本地均无这种焊条出售,而生产又急需,故采用同质焊丝的TIG氩弧堆焊,取得了成功。 (1)坡口加工。为了保证焊枪能伸入补
I produced a hot forging mold parts, made of 5Cr MnMo hot work die steel, in processing, mistaken for four φ20mm deep 23mm hole, to be repaired. The carbon equivalent of the material is 0.85% ~ 1.11%, its weldability is very poor. According to the general information, using D397 electrode repair welding, preheating before welding, welding tempering, you can get more satisfactory results. However, no welding rod was sold in our factory and the locality, and the production was in urgent need. Therefore, TIG argon arc welding using the same welding wire has achieved success.
