本文介绍了测试中的难点、测试与标定方法,分析了连铸过程四个阶段的示波图,得出了板坯在四点矫直中被测各轴的扭矩变化规律、安全度。
In this paper, the difficulties, the methods of testing and calibration are introduced. The oscillograms of the four stages of the continuous casting process are analyzed. The torque variation and safety of the tested slabs in four-point straightening are obtained.
