本文介绍了结合我国资源和生产使用条件,试验成功的两种热压模具新材料35Cr3Mo3W2V、25Cr3Mo3VNb,具有使用寿命高、热塑性好、容易成型、锻造开裂倾向低,并有高的抗回火稳定性等特点。扩大这种钢的使用,对减少模具材料的消耗、减少换模频率、提高设备性能、改善锻件质量和降低成本,特别是为新工艺及高效率自动线上马和投产,解决模具材料与寿命问题,都有一定的意义。附表11个。
