龙兴之地,并州古城;双塔高耸,文运昌盛。回首太原2500多年的历史文化长河,王翰、王之涣、王昌龄、白居易、温庭筠、米芾、郭若虚、元好问、罗贯中、傅山……各领风骚,灿若晨星。1951年建厂,享有“新中国航空仪表摇篮”美誉的太原航空仪表有限公司(太行仪表厂),从20世纪50年代起,就注重职工的精神生活,支持他们的文学创作。有的职工作者崭露头角,成为省级协会会员。
