资兴市是湖南重要的生态功能区、湘南地区最重要的次中心城市,生态优势突出;面对全球化、工业化、城镇化加速推进的时代背景,迫切需要因地制宜地推进城乡发展一体化。新形势下资兴市的城乡发展一体化,是一种新的发展模式的实践探索,需要以改革为动力,以体制机制创新为保障,促进农业发展与工业发展对接、农村发展与城镇发展对接、农村资源要素与城市资源要素对接、资源利用与环境保护对接,走生态型、循环型、低碳型和可持续发展
Zixing is an important eco-functional area in Hunan and the most important sub-center in southern Hunan. Its ecological advantages are prominent. Facing the background of acceleration of globalization, industrialization and urbanization, there is an urgent need to promote the integration of urban and rural development according to local conditions. Under the new situation, the integration of urban and rural development in Zixing City is a practical exploration of a new mode of development. It needs reform as a driving force and innovation of institutional mechanisms as the guarantee to promote the connection between agricultural development and industrial development.
