目的:对中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效展开探讨。方法:选取86例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者作为实验对象,均为我院自2014年5月—2015年5月所接收,保证实验结果公平性,将其均分成两组,就常规西药治疗(对照组,n=43)与中西医结合治疗(观察组,n=43)的治疗效率及相关指标改善情况展开探讨。结果:从治疗前后患者月经出血量、血红蛋白及子宫内膜指标方面分析,治疗后,两组患者的相关指标较治疗前有明显差异,P<0.05,且观察组患者的改善情况显著优于对照组,实验差异明显,P<0.05。从治疗总有效率方面分析,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.68%,对照组为76.74%,两组对比,观察组显著高于对照组,实验差异经χ2检验,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血,既能调整月经及止血,又能改善全身状况,标本兼治,疗效满意,且联合中医治疗具有安全可靠、副作用小等优点,所以,中西医结合治疗方案在临床上更具有推广和普及的价值。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: Eighty-six patients with functional uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period were enrolled in this study. All of them were received in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 to ensure the fairness of experimental results. All the patients were divided into two groups. Treatment (control group, n = 43) and the treatment of Integrative Medicine (observation group, n = 43), the treatment efficiency and related indicators to explore the situation. Results: From the analysis of menstrual bleeding, hemoglobin and endometrium before and after treatment, after treatment, the relevant indicators of two groups were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group Group, the experimental difference was significant, P <0.05. From the total effective rate of treatment, the observation group, the total effective rate of treatment was 97.68%, 76.74% in the control group, the two groups were significantly higher than the control group, the experimental difference by χ2 test, P <0.05. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding can both regulate menstruation and hemostasis, but also improve the general condition, treating both the curative effect and the curative effect, and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of safety and reliability, small side effects, etc. Therefore, Combination of treatment programs in the clinic more with the promotion and popularization of value.
