结合新公共管理理论,成人教育亟需采取措施。全国成人教育协会副会长兼秘书长谢国东在《走向美好未来的生活与学习——成人学习的力量》一文中谈到:由于成人教育得不到政府部门足够的重视,成人教育的质量面临很大的挑战。文中还阐述了一些原因和情况。笔者认为,成人教育服务质量很低而不能令社会公众满意的原因在于传统成人教育
