第21次“中国远程教育学术圆桌”以大连市长海县依托广播电视大学远程教育培养人才,为建设学习型海岛服务的案例,探讨广播电视大学在社会发展进程中所发挥的独特作用及所体现出的规律,进而研究远程教育乃至信息化进程在今后社会发展中的功能作用。本文概括呈现此次学术研讨活动中与会专家对海岛案例的样本意义的多角度分析,和对电大远程教育未来发展中相关问题的思考。
21th “China Distance Education Academic Roundtable” Based on the case of Changhai County, Dalian Municipality, which is based on the distance education of RTVU and serves the construction of a learning island, this paper explores the unique role that radio and TV universities play in the process of social development and Reflects the law, then studies the distance education and even the informationization process in the future social development function function. This article summarizes the multi-angle analysis of the sample meaning of the island case participating experts in the academic seminar and the reflection on the related issues in the future development of distance education in TV University.
