脑梗死属于卒中的一种,主要是由于脑部动脉出现粥样硬化和形成血栓引起的。脑梗死会使患者的神经功能受损,恢复其神经功能是治疗的主要目的之一[1]。本文主要探讨颈动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者采用丁苯酞软胶囊联合长春西汀进行治疗对神经功能恢复的影响。1资料与方法1.1基本资料选取安阳市第七人民医院2012年8月—2014年8月收治的颈动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者120例,男63例,女性57例,年龄44~69
