Objective To analyze the influence of different blood purification methods on the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients, and to provide a basis for clinical choice of blood purification methods. Methods 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into three groups: low-flux dialysis group (HD), hemodiafiltration group (HDF), high-throughput dialysis group (HFHD) For example, after 6 months of treatment, the physical health (PF), body function (RP), physical pain (BP), general health (GH), energy (VT) (SF), emotional role function (RE), mental health (MH) score. Results After 6 months of treatment, the scores of PF, GH and MH in HFHD and HDF groups were higher than those in HD group (P <0.05). The scores of RP and BP in HFHD group were higher than those in HDF group and HD group (P <0.05) The RE score was higher in HD group than in HD group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in VT and SF scores between the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Compared with ordinary dialysis and hemodiafiltration, high-throughput hemodialysis can significantly improve the quality of life of dialysis patients, which deserves wide promotion.
