目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗后诱发口腔溃疡对其心理状态的影响及预防措施。方法选取2013年2月至2015年1月收治的恶性肿瘤患者96例,根据化疗后是否诱发口腔溃疡分为观察组和对照组各48例,根据情况给予药物(复合维生素、康复新液等)、生理及心理干预,干预结束采用心理测评量表(SCL-90)、正性负性量表(PANAS)分析其心理及情绪状态,应用简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)分析干预前后两组生活质量及疼痛度,并观察不良反应。结果干预前观察组SCL-90评分(253.78±5.64)分、PANAS负性情绪评分(46.32±1.11)分、NRS评分(8.31±0.55)分,高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组PANAS正性情绪评分(15.97±1.32)分、SF-36评分(90.43±1.83)分低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后两组SCL-90、PANAS正负性情绪、SF-36、NRS评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者化疗后诱发口腔溃疡明显影响其心理与情绪状态,采用复合维生素、生理及心理干预可改善心理、情绪、生活质量及疼痛度,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of oral ulcer induced by chemotherapy on the psychological status of patients with malignant tumor and its preventive measures. Methods A total of 96 patients with malignant tumors who were admitted from February 2013 to January 2015 were divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases) according to whether oral ulcer was induced after chemotherapy. Drugs (such as multivitamins, , Physical and psychological interventions, and psychological and emotional states were analyzed by using the SCL-90 and PANAS at the end of the intervention. The results of the Concise Health Questionnaire (SF-36), pain score Law (NRS) analysis of quality of life before and after the intervention and pain and observation of adverse reactions. Results Before intervention, SCL-90 score (253.78 ± 5.64), PANAS negative emotion score (46.32 ± 1.11) and NRS score (8.31 ± 0.55) were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05) Positive emotion score (15.97 ± 1.32) and SF-36 score (90.43 ± 1.83) were lower than the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, positive and negative emotions of SCL-90, PANAS, SF- There was no significant difference between the scores (P> 0.05). Conclusions Mucous ulcer induced by chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors can significantly affect their psychological and emotional state. The use of multivitamin, physical and psychological intervention can improve the psychological, emotional, quality of life and pain, which is worthy of clinical application.
