目的建立薏苡仁油的融合指纹图谱。方法薏苡仁油经气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射(HPLC-ELSD)检测,2种分析方法所得数据进行峰面积标准化处理,运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件进行指纹图谱融合。结果薏苡仁融合指纹谱获得21个共有峰,GC-MS技术鉴定出13种脂肪酸酯类成分;HPLC-ELSD法检测部分得到8个共有峰。结论融合指纹图谱的整体性好,信息量大,结合质谱技术部分消除了单一测定方法指纹图谱的模糊性,为中药质量控制研究提供了一定的参考。
Objective To establish the fusion fingerprinting of Coix Seed Oil. Methods Coix seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and high performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light scattering (HPLC-ELSD). The data of two kinds of analysis methods were used for standardization of peak area. Degree evaluation software for fingerprint fusion. Results There were 21 common peaks in the coixenolide fingerprinting, and 13 fatty acid esters were identified by GC-MS. Eight common peaks were detected by HPLC-ELSD. Conclusion The integration of fingerprinting fingerprint is good, the amount of information is large, and the fuzziness of fingerprinting of single determination method is partially eliminated by combining with mass spectrometry technology, which provides a reference for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
