个性化教案是教师在遵循教案的共性基础上,认真分析教学内容,按照课题要求,制定出适合不同专业、不同层次学生的教案。同一授课内容,若学科不同,则讲授内容的侧重点就不一样;同一授课内容,若授课层次不同,则讲授内容的深度、广度也应有差别,不能一概而论。个性化教案是教师把握学生情况、钻研教材和选择教学方法,是备课特色的真实体现,是提高课堂教学质量的前提和保障。
