人力资源(Human Resources,简称HR)是现代企业构筑的重要基础,也是企业发展的最关键的因素,而人员激励则是HR管理的核心问题,企业必须不断改进HR管理工作,提高激励的有效性,降低激励的投资回报率。本文着重论述当前我国企业激励体系现状及激励理论在HR管理中的运用,以及如何建立完善的激励体制,从而调动员工的积极性和激发员工的创造性,进而推动企业的可持续性发展。
