(α+ γ)两相区锻造能够细化高Nb-TiAl合金铸态组织,锻造出表面光洁平整的饼材。具有双态组织的合金压缩性能比铸态全片层组织压缩性能好。同时,双态组织保持高温强度。
(Α + γ) two-phase zone forging can refine the as-cast structure of high Nb-TiAl alloy and forging a smooth and flat cake. The alloy with dual-state microstructure has better compressive properties than the as-cast all-layer structure. At the same time, dual-state organization to maintain high temperature strength.
