1.前言近年来,为了提高机械强度,工程塑料趋向于添加大量玻璃纤维等各种充填材料。因此,对于以这类工程塑料为对象的注射机的料筒,要求具有良好的耐蚀性和耐磨性。现开始从传统的氮化钢结构向衬有耐蚀耐磨合金的双金属结构发展。后者通常利用离心铸造法制造。为了进一步提高性能,需开发新型衬里合金和设法细化合金的组织。为满足这种需要,神户制钢所开发了利用HIP(热等静压)结合法制造双金属料筒的技术。本文是新开发的耐蚀、耐磨性优良的Co—Cr—Ni—W—B系合金及这种合金的HIP结合
1. Introduction In recent years, in order to improve the mechanical strength, engineering plastics tend to add a large amount of glass fiber and other filling materials.
