近年来,高等院校青年教师日趋增多,并逐步成为高校教学、科研主力军。这是历史赋予的重任。这一严峻的事实,要求青年教师特别是工科院校的教师,不仅要有较高的思想素质、教学能力、学术水平,还要有较强的实践技能、科研能力及社会活动能力和组织协调能力。青年教师只有不断地进行自我完善,才能为人师表。
In recent years, the number of young teachers in institutions of higher learning has been on the increase, and has gradually become the main force in the teaching and research of colleges and universities. This is an important task given by history. This harsh fact requires that young teachers, especially those in engineering colleges, should not only have higher ideological qualities, teaching ability and academic standards, but also have strong practical skills, scientific research capabilities and social activities and should organize and coordinate ability. Only young teachers can keep improving themselves.
