In the work of staff education statistics, there is often a long way to go between the “full training rate” and the actual work performance. Moreover, in actual statistics, some units confuse “the number of trainees” with “trainees” so that “ The training rate for students is calculated to contain a lot of water. To this end, I propose to improve the statistical methods. We know that the total staff training rate = number of staff trained (year) / total number of employees × 100% This ”trained staff number“ is inherently problematic. Because either one-day training or one-month training is counted as a ”number of trainings," both the number of trainings and the number of trainings taken during or after one training session (within the same statistical deadline) are counted. Obviously, the difference between this is great.
