目的:观察在常规西医治疗基础上配合内服通窍活血汤、血塞通注射液静脉滴注治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,对照组25例采用常规西医基础治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗的基础上内服通窍活血汤联合血塞通注射液静脉滴注治疗,观察患者听力改善情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为88.57%,对照组为64.00%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of routine western medicine treatment combined with oral administration of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and Xuesaitong injection intravenous drip in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 25) was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group (n = 35) was treated by intravenous administration of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with Xuesaitong injection. Hearing improvement. Results: The total effective rate was 88.57% in the treatment group and 64.00% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating sudden deafness is remarkable.
