目的:观察口服中药联合补气活血方剂保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎症的临床治疗效果.方法:研究时间为2013年12月～2015年12月,选定我院收入治疗的106例盆腔炎患者开展调查研究,按照入院治疗方法不同分为参照组(n=53,单纯中药口服治疗),实验组(n=53,中药口服联合补气活血方保留灌肠治疗),疗程结束后对临床治疗效果、证候评分、体征评分、血浆炎性因子及神经递质的水平.结果:实验组疗程结束后总有效率为94.34％高于参照组的81.13％;证候积分、体征积分治疗后明显降低,且低于参照组;5-羟色胺、C反应蛋白、白介素6水平降低,且低于参照组,β-内啡肽升高,高于参照组,组间比较P＜0.05具有显著差异意义.结论:口服中药联合补气活血方剂保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎症具有消炎、活血化瘀的功效,显著改善患者症状和体征,缓解炎症和疼痛,值得推广应用.“,”Objective:To explore the oral Chinese medicine combined with Buqi Huoxue Recipe retention enema in the treatment of clinical effect in the treatment of pelvic inflammation.Methods:Research on time from December 2013to December 2015,selected income of our hospital treatment of 106cases of pelvic inflammation were carried out investigation and study,in accordance with the hospital treatment methods were divided into controlled group (n =53,simple oral Chinese medicine treatment,the experimental group (n =53),oral medicine combined with Buqi Huoxue Decoction retention enema),the level of clinical treatment effect,syndrome score,symptom score,plasma inflammatory cytokines and neurotransmitters after the end of treatment.Results:At the end of the treatment course,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.34％ that was higher than that of the controlled group which was 81.13％;symptoms,signs score decreased significantly after treatment,and lower than the controlled group;5-HT,C reactive protein,interleukin 6levels decreased,and lower than the controlled group,beta endorphin increased higher than that of the controlled group,group comparison of P＜0.05with significant difference significance.Conclusion:Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Buqi Huoxue Recipe retention enema in the treatment of pelvic inflammation has anti-inflammatory,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,significantly improve the symptoms and signs,relieve inflammation and pain,it is worthy of popularization and application.
