在单个大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞上 ,采用Fura 2显微荧光测量技术 ,测量了川楝素对胞内游离钙浓度([Ca2 +]i)的影响。结果表明 ,川楝素作用于大鼠嗜铬细胞数十秒内即可导致 [Ca2 +]i 的升高。将胞外液换为无钙液或向胞外液加入钙通道阻断剂均可抑制川楝素增加 [Ca2 +]i 的作用 ,在胞外液中加入thapsigargin排空钙库后却不能阻止川楝素对 [Ca2 +]i 的作用。提示 ,川楝素可以引起细胞外Ca2 +内流 ,而对钙库似无影响。
The effects of Sodium sheparin on intracellular free calcium concentration ([Ca2 +]i) were measured on single rat adrenal chromaffin cells using Fura 2 micro-fluorescence. The results showed that buprenorphine can induce [Ca2 +]i elevation in dozens of seconds of rat chromaffin cells. Changing the extracellular fluid to a calcium-free fluid or adding a calcium channel blocker to the extracellular fluid can inhibit the effect of saxitoxin on increasing [Ca2+]i. Adding thapsigargin to the extracellular fluid to empty the calcium pool does not stop it. Effect of Scutellarin on [Ca2 +]i. It is suggested that Sodium ferulate can cause extracellular Ca2+ influx but does not affect calcium stores.
