中国质量新闻网2017-01-12报道:近日,漳州检验检疫局在对1批来自加拿大、货值9096.45美元的进口废纸进行现场查验时,发现该批废纸还夹带了大量的废塑料、废玻璃等杂质。经现场拆包分拣,该批货物的废塑料等杂质含量达18.94%,严重超过了我国对进口废纸中废塑料和封闭容器的限量标准(1.5%)。根据查验情况,漳州检验检疫局依法判定该批进口废纸环保不合格,移交海关和环保部门作退运处理。
