慈善介入,缓解而非根除社会不公民间慈善是社会福利的一种补充形式。如果初次分配不公正、再次分配体系又没有形成,那么企图仅仅通过慈善这种“自愿的”、“第三次分配”来矫正分配不公、解决贫富悬殊问题未免有些天真。
Philanthropy intervention to alleviate but not eliminate social non-civil charity is a supplementary form of social welfare. If the initial distribution is unfair and the system of redistribution is not formed yet, it is not naïve to attempt to correct the inequitable distribution and solve the disparity between the rich and the poor simply by such “voluntary” and “third distribution” of charity.
