在我公司粘胶长丝生产线原液制备车间的浸渍工序中,使用了瑞典卡尔斯泰德公司生产的WACO型转鼓式吸滤机,对浸渍后的回流碱液进行预过滤,除去碱纤维素大颗粒和杂质。经过滤后的碱液送到透析机进行透析回用。经过近一年时间的运行检验,该吸滤机过滤效率高、运行平稳、维护简单,大大减轻了对后续碱液处理的压力。下面对该滤机做以介绍。
