应用多普勒超声心动图对19例单纯性二尖瓣狭窄病人的静息和卧位踏车运动时的二尖瓣瓣口面积、平均跨瓣压差、心搏量和心排血量分别进行测定;并将其中5例静息和运动时的心排血量与热稀释法作比较.结果:二尖瓣平均压差从静息时6.9±3.5mmHg增至运动时15.4±9mmHg (P<0.01),瓣口面积与静息时的平均压差呈显著负相关(r=-0.92,P<0.01);平均压差、心搏量和心排血量的运动时增量与瓣口面积显著相关(r分别为-0.90,0.88和0.90,P均<0.01);静息和运动时心排血量与热稀释法的测值显著相关(r分别为0.94和0.91,P均<0.001)。表明运动多普勒超声心动图对二尖瓣狭窄可作出全面而精确的估价.
