硝酸甘油对血液动力学的良性作用已为人熟知,但实际上对不同心功能状态的病人有较复杂的影响.现将其造成ECG急性缺血性损害特征1例报告如下。患者,男,61岁。下壁心梗80天病情稳定,因做心脏收缩功能试验,舌下含硝酸甘油0.6mg,用药前后ECG发生变化(图略)。由系列动态记录的ECG可见QRSv_4于服药5分钟原消失演变为QS形,且S-T由原来基线位置上移0.1mV,T波亦相应变浅,呈特征性单向曲线变化,40分钟后恢复至服药前水平,病人在用药全过程无不适感觉。血压一过性轻微降低(由18.5/10.5
The well-known role of nitroglycerin in hemodynamics is well known, but in fact has a more complex effect on patients with different cardiac function status, and is now characterized by acute ischemic ECG 1 case reported as follows. Patient, male, 61 years old. Lower wall myocardial infarction 80 days stable condition, due to cardiac systolic function test, sublingual nitroglycerin 0.6mg, ECG changes before and after treatment (Figure omitted). A series of dynamically recorded ECGs showed that QRSv_4 evolved into a QS shape in the original disappearance of 5 minutes after taking the drug. ST was shifted upward by 0.1mV from the original baseline position, and T wave was also shallowed correspondingly. After 40 minutes, QRSv_4 returned to Medication before the level of the patient in the whole process of medication without discomfort. A slight decrease in blood pressure (from 18.5 / 10.5
