对48例健康老年人应用HC导联心电图及Wilson导联心电图对比测定,结果如下:HC导联心电图P波在右胸导联上振幅高、形态清晰,R波呈递增趋势,Q波较小,T波均为直立。我们认为,当HC导联心电图T波在右胸V_3R～V_9R导联中出现倒置或由直立变为倒置的动态变化,有助于右心疾患的诊断。又由于右胸HC导联心电图各波分布状态及其演变规律与左胸图形一致,对右心室疾病的诊断提供了较理想的基础条件及借鉴左室疾病诊断标准的可能性。
48 cases of healthy elderly HC lead electrocardiogram and Wilson lead electrocardiogram comparison test, the results are as follows: HC lead ECG P wave amplitude in the right chest lead, clear shape, R wave showed an increasing trend, Q wave smaller , T wave are upright. In our opinion, T-wave of HC lead electrocardiogram may be helpful for the diagnosis of right heart disease when it appears in the right chest V_3R ~ V_9R leads inverted or changes from upright to upside down. And because of the right chest HC lead ECG wave distribution and its evolution consistent with the pattern of the left chest, the right ventricular disease diagnosis provides an ideal basis for the conditions and reference diagnostic criteria for left ventricular disease possibility.
