WTO推动的附加值贸易不仅可以还原“真实”的世界贸易,还可以明确各个国家在全球价值链上的角色和任务。当前的世界贸易统计能真实反映各国的实际贸易量、名义贸易额和贸易利得吗?在不断深化的经济全球化进程中,各国之间错综复杂的经贸往来可能会给出一个不确定的答案。现在世界上越来越多的国家融入到全球价值链中,成为国际生产体系中某些环节的生产者,并根据自身角色在本国创造出对应的附加值。
The value-added trade promoted by the WTO can not only restore “real ” world trade, but also clarify the roles and tasks of various countries in the global value chain. Can the current statistics of the world trade really reflect the actual trade volume, the nominal trade volume and the trade gains of various countries? In the process of deepening economic globalization, the complicated economic and trade exchanges among various countries may give an indefinite answer. Now more and more countries in the world are integrated into the global value chain and become producers of some aspects of the international production system and create corresponding added value in their own countries based on their own role.
