在对衬垫材料进行冲击特性的实验研究时,测量所获得的波形常含有零点偏移,零点偏移的存在将对实验结果引入不可忽略的误差。因而在数据处理时应首先对零偏进行补偿以提高测量精度。本文作者根据在实测波形特征分析和能量原理基础上所建立的补偿方法,将现代控制理论中的模型参考自适应原理用于冲击信号的零点偏移补偿,拟定了模型参考自适应算法,给出了参考模型的建模途径,并编制了应用软件,对实验数据进行零偏补偿,取得了满意的结果
In the experimental study of the impact properties of the liner material, the waveform obtained by the measurement often contains zero offset. The existence of the zero offset will introduce a non-negligible error to the experimental results. Therefore, in the data processing should first compensate for zero offset to improve measurement accuracy. According to the compensation method established on the basis of the measured waveform characteristics and the energy principle, the author applies the model reference adaptive principle in the modern control theory to the zero offset compensation of the impact signal and formulates the model reference adaptive algorithm. The reference model of the modeling approach, and the preparation of the application software, experimental data bias compensation, and achieved satisfactory results
