在我国煤矿立井施工中,井筒涌水量的大小决定着建井工期、经济效益和安全。如我国建设速度较快的兴隆庄矿井主井筒,深399.2m,由于开挖后基岩水大,不得不进行三次注浆,用工期约12个月,井筒建设工期共用去29.6个月,注浆工期占井筒工期的40.5%。而与其毗邻条件类似的鲍店主井,井筒比兴隆庄主井还深85m,由于水文地质条件清楚,开挖前采取了预处理措施,井筒建设工期仅用了19个月。据苏联资料,涌水量为80~100m~3/h的井筒,其平均月进度从未超过7~8m,而且井筒造价提高3~4倍,即使涌水量只有20m~3/h,井筒月进度
In China’s coal mine shaft construction, the amount of water in the wellbore determines the construction period, economic benefits and safety. For example, the main wellbore of Xinglongzhuang Mine with a relatively fast construction speed of 399.2m in depth, had to be grouted three times after excavation, with a construction period of about 12 months and a well construction period of 29.6 months.
