现代经济的发展表明,当代世界的经济竞争,与其说是产品和服务的竞争,不如说是经营管理的竞争;而经营管理竞争的背后是体制与制度的竞争;更深一层次,则是企业文化的竞争。因此,企业文化建设作为新的管理科学,已愈来愈引起各国经商界的高度重视,并投入了大量的人力去研究和发掘。我国保险业恢复以来,企业文化建设也逐步受到各级管理层的重视,并已在理论上形成了自己的基本认识,在实践中形成了一些县有地方特色的经验和做法。本期选载的苏州分公司的两篇来稿,就是基层公司在这一新课题上的探索、思考和总结。
The development of the modern economy shows that the economic competition in the contemporary world is not so much the competition in management as it is in the competition for products and services, but also the competition in the system of management and management behind the competition in management and operation, and the corporate culture competition.
