货车制动仿真系统采用电磁阀对列车管进行充排气,电磁阀的控制策略是准确模拟制动作用过程中气压变化的关键技术。提出一种基于模糊控制的制动回馈策略,以列车管理论计算模型为原型,以实际传感器测得的气压与理论值的气压差和气压差变化率为模糊输入,以控制电磁阀的开启时间,从而实现电磁阀对制动排气的实时准确控制。仿真结果表明,该策略控制列车制动过程中的气压变化更加精准。
The simulation system of truck brake uses electromagnetic valve to charge and exhaust the train pipe. The control strategy of solenoid valve is the key technology to accurately simulate the change of air pressure during the braking process. A braking feedback strategy based on fuzzy control is proposed. Taking the calculation model of train management as the prototype, the pressure difference and the pressure difference change rate between the atmospheric pressure and the theoretical value measured by the actual sensor are taken as the fuzzy input to control the opening time of the electromagnetic valve , In order to achieve real-time precise control of the brake solenoid exhaust valve. Simulation results show that this strategy can control the air pressure changes more accurately during braking.
