按照教育部的部署,进入新课程改革的国家实验区今年已经进入第四年,江苏的省级实验区也已经进入第三年。从2005年起,江苏的高中也将全面进入课程改革。从小学和初中课程改革的情况看,经过层层级级的全员培训,广大师生的教育教学观念正在逐步得到转变,教学行为正在逐步发生变化,课程改革正在健康地向前推进。但随着课程改革的不断深入,各种观念也在不断地进行碰撞。理论指导行动,理论决定行动。有许多问题值得我们深入地进行思考。

There are many issues that deserve our deeper consideration.
