很荣幸能在山东大学“经济学家论坛”发表我对中国经济研究的一点心得。一段时间来,我们的媒体一直在强调一个重要观点,也就是小平同志曾经讲过的那句话,发展是硬道理。发展是第一要务。这句话对经济学家来说意味深长,因为我还没有看到世界上的哪个国家和地区如此明确地表明过这么一个重要的发展共识和贯穿到底的发展意愿,而它们却常常被经济学家的视野所忽略。今天我想说明为什么这个发展的意愿和共识是经济增长格外重要的因素。
I am honored to be able to publish my experience in China’s economic studies at the Shandong University “Economist Forum.” For some time now, our media has been stressing one important point. That is what Mr. Xiaoping once said. Development is the last word. Development is the top priority. This remark is very significant to economists because I have not yet seen which country in the world has so clearly demonstrated such an important consensus on development and the will to last through development, Ignored by the family’s vision. Today I would like to explain why the will and consensus for this development are the most important factors for economic growth.
