利用探索性空间数据分析与确定性空间数据分析等空间计量研究方法,观察日本三大都市圈人均应纳税收入的整体收敛情况。实证结果显示,短期内外部冲击对日本三大都市圈区域增长影响显着。从长期观察,同一区域不同时间段的空间收敛会产生异质性表现,面临重大情势变化,将考验不同发展水平的都市圈的风险防御能力。因此,海西地区应借福建自贸区建设,注重协同周边地区,分享国家政策福利,实现海西地区的跨越式发展和区域内的均衡成长。
Using the method of spatial econometrics such as exploratory spatial data analysis and deterministic spatial data analysis, we observe the overall convergence of per capita taxable income in Japan’s three metropolitan areas. Empirical results show that in the short term, external shocks have a significant impact on the growth of Japan’s three metropolitan areas. From a long-term observation, spatial convergence in different time zones of the same region will produce heterogeneous performance. Facing major changes in situation, it will test the risk defensive capabilities of metropolitan areas at different development levels. Therefore, the Hercynian region should take the construction of Fujian Free Trade Area, pay attention to collaborating with neighboring areas and share benefits of state policies to achieve leapfrog development in the Hercynian area and the balanced growth in the region.
