巩××男52岁住院号334634左眼胀痛、头痛、视物不清40余天,以左眼新生血管性青光眼于1989年5月3日入院。有高血压病史20余年,糖尿病史1年余。右眼视力1.0,左眼光感。右眼眼压17.30mmHg,左眼66.23mmHg。右眼前节正常。视盘边界清楚,颜色正常。视网膜动脉变细,反光增强,呈铜丝样。视网膜静脉充盈,动脉与静脉比为1:4。黄斑区无微细血管瘤,后极部视网膜无渗出及出血。左眼眼睑及泪器正常,球结膜呈睫状充血,角膜呈雾状混浊,前房深度正常,房水闪光
