熊××男10岁1980年9月8日初诊。病史:患儿2岁时其家长发现右眼球向内上斜视,上学后发现右眼视力较左眼差,出现复视,头右偏,曾误诊为“右眼麻痹性斜视”,未进行治疗。患儿为足月顺产,家族中无类似病史。体格检查:发育及营养状况良好,视物时头向右倾,颜面及颈部无异常,心、肺正常,四肢及脊柱无畸形。眼部检查:视力:右0.5(不能矫正),左1.2。视近方时出现
