调节造血的许多细胞因子如EPO,G-CSF及GM—CSF已用于临床。目前正研究作用于造血和免疫系统发育较早阶段的细胞因子,已知正性调节造血的因子(包括11种白介素)可直接影响多能造血干细胞的增殖和多谱系分化。为了更好地了解具有早期作用的细胞因子的作用机制及探讨临床应用的有效途径,必须了解造血干细胞的性质(译者注:此部分内容他处已有刊载,故略去)。
Many cytokines that regulate hematopoiesis such as EPO, G-CSF and GM-CSF have been used clinically. Currently studying cytokines that act on the early stages of hematopoietic and immune system development, it is known that factors that positively regulate hematopoiesis, including 11 interleukins, can directly affect the proliferation and multislice differentiation of pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells. In order to better understand the mechanism of action of early-acting cytokines and to explore effective ways of clinical application, it is important to understand the nature of the hematopoietic stem cells (transcript).
