目的:探讨飞行员脂肪负荷餐后性激素水平的改变及其与动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:将飞行员50例随机分为观察组与对照组各25例。观察组给予脂肪负荷餐,对照组给予正常饮食。在脂肪负荷餐前、餐后3 h和8 h分别采血,用放射免疫法测定血浆睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)、促黄体生成激素(LH)和促卵泡激素(FSH)等5项性激素水平,分析其动态变化规律。结果:观察组脂肪负荷餐后高三酰甘油(TG)反应和(或)三酰甘油丰富脂蛋白(TRL)清除延迟,引起血浆T水平降低、E2水平升高,与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组T/E2比值降低、失衡,且失衡时限长于TG恢复正常时限;对照组无显著变化。结论:飞行员脂肪餐后高TG反应和(或)TRL清除延迟是导致血浆T/E2比值降低和失衡的直接原因,可能与动脉粥样硬化发生发展有关。
Objective: To investigate the changes of postprandial sex hormones and its relationship with atherosclerosis in pilots during fat load. Methods: 50 pilots were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases each. The observation group was given fat-load meal and the control group was given normal diet. Blood samples were taken at 3 h and 8 h after meal, and plasma testosterone (T), estradiol (E2), pituitary prolactin (PRL), luteinizing hormone (LH) and progesterone were measured by radioimmunoassay Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and other 5 hormones levels, analysis of its dynamic changes. Results: Postprandial triglyceride (TG) response and / or triacylglycerol-rich lipoprotein (TRL) clearance were decreased in the observation group, which led to the decrease of plasma T level and the increase of E2 level, which was significantly different from the control group P <0.05). The ratio of T / E2 in the observation group decreased, unbalanced, and the imbalance time was longer than the normal time limit of TG return; there was no significant change in the control group. Conclusion: The postprandial postprandial hyper TG response and / or delayed TRL clearance of pilots is the direct reason for the decrease and imbalance of plasma T / E2 ratio, which may be related to the development of atherosclerosis.
