采用SEM、EDS和大样电解法研究了某种镀锌板表面胞状凸起缺陷的形成原因。结果表明:冷轧板表面起皮缺陷是造成镀锌板表面胞状凸起缺陷的直接原因。冷轧原料板近表层分布着尺寸大于300μm的长条状硅酸盐夹杂带,且夹杂带中分布着块状氧化铁夹杂。与缺陷镀锌板同批次酸洗板机械研磨去掉近表层,随后冷轧试验表明,块状氧化铁夹杂不是造成镀锌板表面胞状凸起缺陷的主要原因。缺陷镀锌板铸坯中夹杂物含量为100.32mg/10 kg,夹杂物主要由尺寸大于140μm大型夹杂物组成,而正常镀锌板铸坯中夹杂物含量为20.98 mg/10 kg,证实钢中大型硅酸盐类夹杂是导致镀锌板表面凸起缺陷的根本原因。
SEM, EDS and large sample electrolysis were used to study the formation of cell-like protrusions on a galvanized sheet. The results show that the surface skinning defects of cold-rolled sheet are the direct cause of the cell-like convex defects on the surface of galvanized sheet. In the near-surface layer of cold-rolled plate, strip-shaped silicate inclusions with a size of more than 300μm are distributed, and the inclusions are distributed with massive iron oxide inclusions. With the same defect in the galvanized sheet pickling machine mechanical grinding to remove the near surface, followed by cold-rolled test showed that the bulk iron oxide inclusions not caused by the cell surface protuberance defects. The content of inclusions in slab of galvanized sheet was 100.32mg / 10kg, the inclusions mainly consisted of large inclusions larger than 140μm, while the content of inclusions in normal galvanized slab was 20.98 mg / 10kg, Large-scale silicate inclusions is the root cause of defects on the surface of galvanized sheeting.
