应用三种不同距离分析方法研究亲本间差异及杂种优势,对15个奥帕克—2玉米及其105个杂交一代的试验结果进行了分析。结果表明,虽然三种分析模型的结果在表现形式上存在某些差异,但其所反映的遗传信息具有一定稳定性和一致性,可为育种前期的工作和亲本初选提供有效的指导,但对遗传表达机制不同的性状,距离分析的予测效力是不同的。距离分析可对以显性效应为主的性状及SCA给出有效的予测。不同的分析模型可使予测回归方程表现为线性或抛物线型。
Three different distance analysis methods were used to study the differences among parents and their heterosis. The test results of 15 Opaque-2 maize and 105 crossbreeds were analyzed. The results showed that although the results of the three analytical models showed some differences in their manifestations, the genetic information reflected by the three models showed some stability and consistency, which could provide effective guidance for the work of pre-breeding and the primary selection of parents. For different traits of genetic expression, the predictive power of distance analysis is different. Distance analysis can give a valid predictor of traits dominated by dominant effects and SCA. Different analytical models can make the regression equation of prediction appear linear or parabolic.
