克劳塞维茨的军事经济理论,不仅体现在他对战争与经济等相互关系的总体认识上,还反映在他对军事经济要素具体的微观分析上,也体现在对军事经济管理的把握上。其主要内容包括:物质要素是决定战争胜败的重要因素和首要标志;敌我双方的经济状况是制订战争计划的基本依据;“夺取敌人无生命的作战力量”是战略的一般原则;以战养战转嫁战争负担;民众是军事经济供给的重要力量;重视军事经济动员;保障军队给养具有战略意义;注重军事经济效益。
Clausewitz’s theory of military economy is not only reflected in his general understanding of the interrelationship between war and economy, but also reflected in his detailed micro-analysis of the military economic elements as well as in his grasp of the military economic management . The main contents are as follows: The material elements are the important factors and the primary symbols that determine the victory or defeat of the war; the economic conditions of both the enemy and ourselves are the basic basis for formulating the plan of war; “The general principle of taking enemy non-life combat forces” is the strategy; War to pass on the burden of war; the people are an important force in the supply of the military economy; pay attention to the mobilization of the military economy; to safeguard the military to provide a strategic significance; pay attention to military economic benefits.
